Sharon Kelly, aka “Colleen Brennan,” shines in this exploitation film directed by Bethel G. Buckalew. Kelly plays “Dirty Sally,” a pirate-radio DJ who broadcasts sounds of herself having sex or talking dirty in her van. Subplots include a comic sheriff and his dimwitted sidekick. The film features softcore scenes that can be quite explicit at times. Unfortunately, the movie falls short with unappealing male actors and unerotic scenes. The director, known for entertaining and titillating films, disappoints in this sluggish production.
