Film review: Darkman (1990)
Dr. Peyton Westlake invents artificial skin to treat burn victims but becomes disfigured in an explosion. He gains superhuman abilities and seeks revenge. As he impersonates characters for his mission, reconnecting with his former lover, Julie, proves to be a challenge. Darkman is an action-packed film combining elements of adventure, fantasy, drama, science fiction, and thriller genres. Rated R.
