Never Say Never Again (1983)

The title of the 1983 James Bond film is a nod to Sean Connery’s return as Bond after insisting he’d never play the role again. Connery’s return was influenced by a hefty salary and promises of full control over the production. This movie is essentially a remake of Thunderball, with Bond facing off against the villainous Largo. The plot involves stolen nuclear missiles and a mission to stop Largo’s dangerous plans.

Kim Basinger stars as Domino, Largo’s mistress, while Barbara Carrera portrays the villainess Fatima Blush. After the film, Connery declared that it was his final portrayal of Bond.
