The legendary Mexican hero returns in this sequel. It’s 1850 in California, with a plot to block statehood. Don Alejandro de la Vega, aka Zorro, faces a dilemma when his heroic duties clash with family life.
Alejandro’s wife Elena gives an ultimatum, leading to their separation. As the story unfolds, secrets are revealed, including a nefarious plot by a French nobleman to prevent statehood. Zorro must save the day and possibly win back Elena’s heart. Directed by Martin Campbell. MPAA Rating: PG.
